Most weeks, on a Sunday, I join in with My Sunday Photo. I take an awful lot of photos during the week, both on my iPhone and my big camera. My Saturday nights are often spent sorting through the photos I have taken that week, before making the difficult decision of which photo to use. This week, it wasn't such a tough choice.
I don't usually include any words with my Sunday photo, preferring to just let the picture do the talking. I decided this week however, to say a few words, purely because this was such a monumental moment for me.
As you can probably tell from the photo, I shaved my hair this week to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support (you can watch my shave here if you wish). This picture was taken about a minute after the shave, and I was feeling pretty chuffed with myself. It's not the best quality picture in the world, but I love it anyway because it captures a special moment for me. I've never done anything like this before and I'm pretty proud of myself!

The children helped me to shave it off, but afterwords my son (who hates change) said 'term mum, you are going to put a wig on, right?' haha.
