My Sunday Photo - 30/08/15

Most weeks, on a Sunday, I join in with My Sunday Photo. I take an awful lot of photos during the week, both on my iPhone and my big camera. My Saturday nights are often spent sorting through the photos I have taken that week, before making the difficult decision of which photo to use. This week, it wasn't such a tough choice.

I don't usually include any words with my Sunday photo, preferring to just let the picture do the talking. I decided this week however, to say a few words, purely because this was such a monumental moment for me.

As you can probably tell from the photo, I shaved my hair this week to raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support (you can watch my shave here if you wish). This picture was taken about a minute after the shave, and I was feeling pretty chuffed with myself. It's not the best quality picture in the world, but I love it anyway because it captures a special moment for me. I've never done anything like this before and I'm pretty proud of myself!

  12. If you shaved your head for good reason, then I guess that works. I hope you manage to raise a decent of money through your sponsors.

My head is naturally shaved due to loosing my hair naturally from the age of 28. DOH!.
