12 Week Slip in to Summer Challenge - Week 2

I've finished my second week of my 12 week challenge with DW Fitness. I feel it has been an ok week. I'm still craving chocolate, all of the time, and big portions of chip shop chips and all sorts of unhealthy foods. I'm not sure those cravings will ever go away? What matters though, is that I haven't given in to the cravings!

I have tried new things this week and I'm pretty proud of myself. I had sweet potato, which I had a few times when I was younger but didn't really enjoy it. I mashed some up with garlic and spices and I loved it, and it has encouraged me to be brave and actually try new things more often. My brain is so confused about food at the moment, things I swore I didn't like, I'm suddenly starting to enjoy. Lettuce, tomato, sweet potato... I've been converted. I draw the line at sweet corn though, no amount of encouragement is ever getting me eating that stuff!

I haven't exercised as much as I would have liked this week. I didn't get to go to the gym again, and I'm annoyed at myself for not just making time. I have been working out at home but not pushing myself as much as last week. I have been enjoying doing little YouTube workouts in the evenings, and I shared my favourite this week here.

I have found I have felt quite bloated and sluggish this week, I'm not sure if it's to do with the new diet or what, but it's putting me off exercising a bit. For that reason, I haven't really filmed much or taken any interesting photos, but I promise next week I will be back in the game!

I did my weigh in on Tuesday morning this week because I had gone to work and forgot all about it on Monday!

Weight - 10st 10
Loss this week - 1.2 lb Overall loss 2.6lb
I'm really pleased with my progress so far, I'm losing about a pound a week which is a good steady loss, and will get me well on my way to fitting in to my Weird Fish dress in time for summer.

I hope you can come back next week and track my progress for week 3! If you have any advice or fitness stories I would love to hear from you.
